2–3-day delay - Premium device cases. 

3–5-day delay - Frames & canvases, panels, rolled prints & cards. 

5–7-day delay - Non-global frames/prints/canvases, framed canvases, mounted products and t-shirts.

Shipping - Disruption

Domestic: Royal Mail 1st Class is taking up to 10 days; longer for 2nd Class.

International: Most major export routes remain open, but shipments to some destinations are now suspended due to the lack of air transport. Please refer to Royal Mail for the current list.

EU

Exports from Australia are delayed, with shipments to some countries entirely suspended. Please refer to the Australia Post status page for the latest list.

Deliveries within Australia are experiencing delays due to fewer planes operating and carriers running behind on shipments. We advise placing Mother's Day orders as early as possible.

New Zealand orders are automatically being re-routed to Australia Post due to lock-down with other carriers.

RoW
